About STAWIMPIANTI
STAWIMPIANTI S.r.l. is an Italian plant engineering company based in Opera, near Milan. Founded in 1992, the company designs and manufactures customised systems for handling raw materials in powder, granular and flake form.
Its scope ranges from individual machines to complete turnkey plants. In-house engineering, software development and control systems expertise, supported by powder conveying trials, allow each solution to be tailored to the material and production process.

Big bag filling and discharge stations, including semi-automatic systems and application-specific discharge and cutting devices. These systems can be integrated with downstream conveying and dosing equipment.
Pneumatic and Mechanical Conveying
Dense phase and dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems for a wide range of bulk materials. Mechanical conveying options include screw conveyors, bucket elevators and belt conveyors.
Dosing and Mixing
Volumetric and gravimetric dosing solutions, micro-batch feeders and mixing systems for defined formulations. Each system is designed around the material properties and required dosing accuracy.
Storage and Material Intake
Storage silos, bag tipping stations and big bag discharge systems for receiving and supplying raw materials.
Bagging and Loading
Semi-automatic bagging machines, big bag filling systems and loading bellows for transferring materials to the next process stage or preparing them for dispatch.
Solutions for Your Industry
STAWIMPIANTI supplies systems for plastics processing, chemicals and additives, food production, recycling and environmental applications. Other sectors include foundries, steelworks and the concrete industry.
For plastics processing, the range includes conveying systems for PE, PP and PET, as well as equipment for transferring and repacking materials into bags or big bags. Conveying technology is selected to preserve product quality and reduce angel hair formation.
Custom Systems and Turnkey Projects
STAWIMPIANTI provides design and manufacturing, installation and commissioning, including electrical controls and software. Maintenance, spare parts and technical support complete the scope of supply.
